The purpose of this Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) is to establish a Panel of Soil Testing companies with the ability to provide a range of services on Construction Projects within the Townsville RoadTek area of influence. These services would be on an as and where required basis for the life of the offer with the view to extending service requirements into the following calendar period.
