Connecting Mackay, Isaac and Whitsunday 2031: An Integrated Regional Transport Plan
The Department of Transport and Main Roads is currently developing a draft Connecting Mackay, Isaac and Whitsunday 2031: An Integrated Regional Transport Plan (Connecting MIW 2031). Connecting MIW 2031 will be a 20 year blueprint to set the strategic direction for transport in the region and support the desired regional outcomes of the draft Mackay, Isaac and Whitsunday Regional Plan. The Department of Transport and Main Roads requires a qualified professional service provider to develop a multimodal, integrated land use and transport strategy to meet future demands to 2031 within the Mackay Isaac and Whitsunday region.
