Provision of Water Efficiency Management Plan and Comprehensive Maintenance Services
The Department of Transport & Main Roads requires a Water Efficiency Management Plan (WEMP) to be developed for the Brisbane City Spring Hill Office Complex (SHOC) or complex cooling tower system. Weekly monitoring as well as periodic review and reporting against the WEMP are also preferred by the Department.
The Department also require comprehensive maintenance services, consisting of the supply and install of plant and water treatment for the SHOC cooling tower and closed systems.
