(a)A solution/ software product(s) that will wholly provide and/ or contribute to the overall provision of an Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution for QUT.
(b)Assistance in the overall design and architecture of a flexible, scalable and robust replacement IAM solution for QUT.
(c)Assistance and support in the configuration, implementation, training and support of the proposed solution/ product(s) for QUT.
