| The Queensland Parliamentary Service is seeking submissions for the Refurbishment of the Parliamentary Annexe Building - Levels 7 to Roof Top located at 69 Alice Street, Brisbane.
Tender submissions will be accepted from Principal Contractors with:
- a minimum PQC rating of Level 3;
- Quality Assurance;
- Insurances; and
- an open QBCC Builders licence.
The project will be procured under a Design and Construct contract AS4300.

A site inspection for interested parties is scheduled for Friday 25th March 2022 at 10.00am.
