The design of two semi-customised service training modules specifically relating to:
Core customer service skills
difficult customer conversations and effective problem solving
Delivery of training modules to the Public Trustee's frontline employers
Delivery of train the trainer sessions
the provission of reporting on participants training and attendance, capability improvement and feedback
