CQUniversity leases a property at Gladstone Marina Precinct, the University is seeking tender submissions from suitably qualified parties to provide Engineering Condition and Compliance Assessment, performed on the site for the items specifically listed below:
• Pontoon (Infrastructure services etc.)
• Sea wall structure
• Underground fuel tanks
• Main building structure and services
For detailed information on the specific services sought under this tender, please review the "IFWQ Procurement Invitation Form" in "Schedule 4 – Scope of Requirements and Specifications" page 8 and 9 of 10 and at the following link.
A Mandatory Site Visit will be conducted as follows:
Mandatory Site Visit Date/Time: Tuesday, 7 February 2023 at 10.30 am
