The Department of Infrastructure, Local Government and Planning is seeking a ready-made consortium to provide independent technical advice and planning input to directly support the delivery of an updated FNQ Regional Plan. The consortium should ideally have recognised regional expertise and/or regionally-based presence, and include the expertise in:
Regional planning, including policy development, application and delivery
Economics (including development economics), statistics and demographics
Industrial land analysis and planning
Transport, supply and value chains
Planning matters affecting First Nations Peoples and remote communities
Environment, sustainability and resilience matters
