The Queensland Government through QBuild, a business unit of the Department of Housing, Local Government, Planning and Public Works, invites suitably qualified contractors to submit an offer for: the Thursday Island TAFE, Health Hub - Fit out and refurbishment of Block A.
Eligibility requires at a minimum the following:
Appropriate QBCC Builders licence to undertake the entire scope of works
Public Liability Insurance - Minimum of $20m
Office located within the FNQ region
Minimum Prequalification (PQC) System Level 2
Where a PQC level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide tender documents, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer is appropriately registered under the Queensland Governments' PQC System for the PQC Level required (or higher)
