Barcaldine, Blackall-Tambo - Queensland Community Support Scheme
The Queensland Government is seeking quotes/proposals for the provision of Queensland Community Support Scheme (QCSS) services in the Barcaldine-Blackall-Tambo region for four years to 30 June 2028. The service provider will deliver low intensity QCSS supports to assist people to live independently, increase connections and participate in their local community, thereby reducing social isolation. QCSS may be of assistance for people who are affected by circumstances that impact their ability to live independently at home or participate in the community.
The QCSS service will be delivered in accordance with the Queensland Community Support Scheme Practice Manual - Version 2 under service types T502 – Direct Care and Support and T503 – Community Connection Support.
