THE QUEENSLAND GOVERNMENT, THROUGH THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING, LOCAL GOVERNMENT, PLANNING AND PUBLIC WORKS, QBUILD, IS SEEKING PROPOSALS FROM APPRIORPRIATELY LICENCED CONTRACTORS TO SUBMIT AN OFFER TO CARRY OUT SITE WORKS FOR MODERN METHOD CONSTRUCTION - PARTS C & D AT EVENTIDE AGED CARE FACILITY, 54-78 DALRYMPLE ROAD, RICHMOND HILL QLD 4820

• Please ensure you have the appropriate QBCC Builders Licence to undertake the works prior to submitting an offer.

• Submissions are to be electronic via the QBuild eTender site. The tender close date is Tuesday 16 July 2024 14:00pm AEST.
