The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the refurbishment of the administration block at Upper Mount Gravatt State School, located at 1899 Logan Rd, Upper Mount Gravatt QLD 4122 as part of the School Infrastructure Enhancement (SIE) program.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum PQC Level 2 with certified 3rd Party Quality Assurance and a QBCC Builder's Licence to undertake the entire scope of works.

Tender Documentation will be emailed to eligible contractors who meet the minimum PQC requirements. Details of the site inspection will be advised in the email and letters to tenderers.
