The Queensland Government through QBuild, a business unit of the Department of Housing, Local Government, Planning and Public Works, invites suitably qualified contractors to submit an offer for:
Modern Methods of Construction at 55 Regent St & 58 Regent St. Site works for construction of 2x2 Bed and 6x2 Bed homes at Coen
Eligibility requires at a minimum the following:
- Appropriate QBCC Builders licence to undertake the entire scope of works
- Public Liability Insurance - Minimum of $20m
