| The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of an existing Amenities Refurbishment at Kalbar State School, located at George Street, Kalbar QLD 4309, as part of the AMR Amenities Renewal program.
The scope involves the refurbishment of the existing Boys & Girls toilets, including new perforated screens, Hydraulic works, Electrical works, fittings and fixtures. Works are to be completed by January 2025.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
- Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
- Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1mil
