In July 2012, the Department of State Development, Infrastructure and Planning (the Department) released the Mary Valley Economic Development Strategy (the MVEDS), setting out a range of actions to revitalise the Mary Valley. Central to the delivery of the Strategy is the sale of Coordinator-General owned land to bring it back into private ownership.
In order to deliver the divestment program efficiently, the Department has a need to procure a suitably qualified real estate agency to coordinate and undertake real estate services to deliver the Mary Valley divestment program. To ensure consistency, the Department seeks to procure a single agent (the Principal Real Estate Sales Agent) with the ability to manage the sale of Coordinator-General (CG) owned property, on behalf of the Department, with the assistance of real estate agents local to the Mary Valley region.
