Q1: Refer to Addendum 2: Amended BOQ has been uploaded and is entitled 'PDG-46342-2 Section B Attachment H2 Bill of QuantitiesV2' and must be used by tenderers when submitting their responses.

Q2: Yes, as per BSD-5003 Sheet 3 of 3.

Q3: Yes, refer to Addendum 2: Document entitled 'PDG-46342-2 BSD Shared Path Standard Entrance Sheet 2of3' has been uploaded.

Q4: Guide posts to be located in ground adjacent to head walls (headwalls locations as shown on, For Construction Drawing Set, sheets 46342-11 & 46342-12), set back 1m from path edge.

Can an extension to the closing date till the 20th May be considered? As the electrical works are required to be completed by an Energex approved contractor our subcontractors have requested additional time.

Can you please confirm if additional detail or a specification is available for this project outlining nominated suppliers & finishes for items including: bollards, solar lights, concrete colours etc..

Also in regards to the electrical and lighting works, are all portions to be priced for completion during this stage of works or only at the locations where new pathways are installed under this stage of works (e.g. complete works at intersections of Swallow Street & Lorikeet Drive)?

No nominated suppliers provided.

Bollards: Refer to Appendix H BCC standard Drawing BSD-5002. Solar lights: To comply with BCC S156 https://www.brisbane.qld.gov.au/planning-and-building/planning-guidelines-and-tools/planning-guidelines/reference-specifications .  Concrete colours: Refer to Appendix A RCC For construction Drawing 46342-02.

Two (2) priority crossings only (ie South St/ Swallow St intersection & South St/ Lorikeet Drive intersection).
