Tender Overview

The Queensland Parliamentary Service is seeking proposals for the Miller Electorate Office Fitout – Design and Construct located at Shop T2, 'Yeerongpilly Green Village Centre' on the corner of Queens Way and King Arthur Tce, Yeerongpilly.  

Depending on requirements these works specifically include (but not limited too):

  • full design,
  • partition walls,
  • electrical,
  • plumbing,
  • joinery,
  • internal wheelchair amenity and shower,
  • flooring,
  • glazing,
  • final finishes,
  •  furniture,
  • CCTV & security hardware,
  • auto-door installation and
  • certification

Please Note: onsite inspections must be pre-booked with the Customer Contact Officer at qpsprojects@parliament.qld.gov.au
