Tender Overview

 

The Queensland Parliamentary Service (QPS) is calling for submissions from suitably qualified suppliers for the provision of planned preventative and reactive Pest Control Services at the Parliamentary Precinct.

Provision of a planned preventive maintenance service:

• Treatment to prevent rats and mice, ants, cockroaches, spiders, flies and other flying insects

• Termite Inspection for Old Parliament House

• General Services:

o Additional or ad-hoc services

o Reporting and statutory compliance documentation

o Parliament Service Centre responses and feedback

o Provision of response within the set key performance indicator/response times

o Provision of a resource model that demonstrates how the Parliament Property Services will be supported to meet the requirements in this scope of services

o Development of analysis reporting on Services breakdowns

o Documentation showing extent of the maintenance carried out in a clear and descriptive manner
