Tender Overview

The Department of Transport and Main Roads invites suitably prequalified contractors to submit an Expression of Interest for the Early Tenderer Involvement for the Construction of Coomera Connector Stage 1 South Smith Street Motorway to Nerang Broadbeach Road (SSM2NBR).

As part of the Coomera Connector project, Stage 1 South - Smith Street Motorway to Nerang Broadbeach Road (SSM2NBR), tenderers are advised that documents are only available to prequalified contractors approved with TMR to F150/R5/B4/A4 or higher. 

Please note that the Queensland Government Code of Practice for the Building and Construction Industry, Queensland Charter for Local Content, Australian Government Building and Construction Industry WHS Accreditation Scheme and Queensland Procurement Policy (QPP) 2023 which now includes the Ethical Supplier Threshold and Ethical Supplier Mandate applies to this project.
