Tender Overview

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the refurbishment of the existing Assembly Hall at Corinda State High School, located at 46 Pratten Street, Corinda QLD 4075, as part of the Smart School Subsidy (SSS) program.


The scope of works includes the refurbishment of the existing Assembly Hall building including but not limited to the construction of a new external covered lobby, new retractable seating, windows, joinery, partitions, finishes, electrical and hydraulics throughout, in addition to associated building and structural works. All works are to be completed by October 2025.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum PQC Level 2 and a QBCC Builder's Licence to undertake the entire scope of works.

Where a PQC Level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide tender documents, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer is appropriately registered under the Queensland Government's PQC System for that PQC Level (or higher) and categories for which the tender is invited.
