Tender Overview

 

The State of Queensland represented by the Department of Education acting through Arts Queensland is seeking Tenders from PQC Eligible Tenderers to undertake building condition audit services for the QPAC Asset Assessment/Validation and AQ Carpark.

Arts Queensland intends to appoint a consultant who will be responsible in providing Engineering Services to undertake a Building Condition Assessment (BCA) to evaluate the actual physical condition of Queensland Performing Arts Centre and Carpark and its various service elements.

KEY DATES AND TIMES:

Tenderers must attend a Mandatory Industry Briefing (MIB) on 22/05/2025 at 10am to be eligible to tender for this project. Please register your attendance by emailing the below address by 2pm, 21/05/2025. Please note that only PQC Eligible Tenderers and their invitees are eligible to attend.

For requests for information and clarifications, please contact the below email address by 2pm, 29/05/2025.

Tenders are to be submitted to the below email address by 2pm, 10/06/2025.
