Contractors are invited to submit an expression of interest for the Early Works Package for Coomera Connector Stage 1 South – Nerang River to Nerang Broadbeach Road. Offerors are advised that documents are only available to prequalified contractors approved with TMR to R4, F50 and higher. Please note that the Queensland Government Code of Practice for the Building and Construction Industry, Queensland Charter for Local Content, Australian Government Building and Construction Industry WHS Accreditation Scheme and Queensland Procurement Policy (QPP) 2023 which now includes the Ethical Supplier Threshold and Ethical Supplier Mandate applies to this project. For access to the EOI Information Booklet and related documentation on QBuild (eTender) please contact Rosie Lonergan at projects.southcoast@tmr.qld.gov.au in the South Coast Regional office.
