Tender Overview

 

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for refurbishment of Stage 2 works at Spinifex State College, Junior Campus located at 6-12 Fifth Ave, Parkside Mount Isa, QLD 4825 which comprises the following:

• New Specialist Building

Mandatory. Details of site visit to be advised via email to tenderers who express interest.

Spinifex State College, Junior Campus, 6-12 Fifth Ave, Parkside Mount Isa, QLD 4825 (cnr Fourth & Fifth Ave)

Tender submissions will be accepted from eligible contractors that satisfy the PQC requirements of this project. Please check with Anita Carr, Project Manager via email acarr@ranbury.com.au to confirm your eligibility to tender.

Submissions close on Tuesday, 14th October 2025 at 2pm. Tender submissions should be sent electronically to this email address SpinifexJuniorCollege@rpinfrastructure.com.au
