Services: Principal Contractor (Document and Construct)

The Queensland Government through QBuild, a business unit of the Department of Housing and Public Works, invites suitably qualified contractors to submit an offer for:

Construct 1 x 4 bedroom house at 102 Wagalgau Yabu, Kubin.

Eligibility requires at a minimum the following:
• Appropriate QBCC Builders licence to undertake the entire scope of works
• Public Liability Insurance - Minimum of $20m
• Office located within the FNQ region
• Prequalification (PQC) Registration

Tender documentation is available from the eTender website at https://etender.hpw.qld.gov.au/

Submissions are to be electronic via the QBuild eTender site. The tender close date is Tuesday 14th October 2025 at 14:00pm AEST
