Section 1

Tender Overview

The Department of Health is undertaking the Demolition of the Moreton Bay Nursing Care
Home Project in order to clear and unencumber the site for future redevelopment. The Project
is being coordinated by the Health Infrastructure Branch.

A tender for the Principal Contractor (to undertake the demolition works) is being undertaking
separately but in parallel with this Invitation to Tender. The Fencing Contractor will be required
to coordinate with the Principal Contractor and will be expected to comply with their
programme and requirements.

The Fencing Contractor will be required to be suitably licensed under the Building Services
Authority (BSA) Act to undertake the Works.
