Tender Overview

Maryborough SHS – Demolition of 4 Buildings PQC Level 2

The work to be performed comprises the provision of all materials, plant and labour and the performance of all operations for the complete and proper execution of all activities associated with:

Demolition of existing building blocks 4, 5, 6 & 7, miscellaneous structures, existing pavements and services within the work area including;
- Removal and off site disposal of asbestos containing materials within the work area
- Protection of nominated areas and services;

Removal and off-site disposal of other miscellaneous items as may be directed; and
Clearing and levelling of the entire site.

Where a PQC level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide tender documents, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer is appropriately registered under the Queensland Government’s PQC System for that PQC Level (or higher) and categories for which the tender is invited.
