Tender Overview

Queensland Health researchers have developed a new, highly accurate , specific and reliable Polymerase Chain Reaction diagnostic test for the detection of Neisseria gonorrhoeae in clinical samples.  The invention is protected by granted patents in Australia and South Africa and patents pending in the USA, Europe, Canada and China.  The successful tenderer will obtain patent application and exploitation rights to market, manufacture and distribute an improved diagnostic test for N. gonorrhoeae.
