Tender Overview

The Department of Energy and Public Works through QBuild on behalf of Cairns & Hinterland Hospital and Health Services is calling for tender submissions for the Cairns Hospital Block B Chiller Upgrade

Service: Principal Contractor (Builder)

Eligibility requires at a minimum the following requirements:

  • Appropriate QBCC Builders licence to undertake the entire scope of works
  • Public Liability Insurance - Minimum of $20m
  • Office location within the FNQ region
  • Minimum PQC Level 3
