The Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) is seeking expressions of interest for a Camera Deployment Scheduling Solution.
TMR is considering a potential future purchase of a technology-based solution to automatically generate, communicate, and maintain a camera/supplier agnostic deployment schedule for portable camera platforms enforcing mobile phone, seatbelt, speed and other future offence types (Camera Deployment Scheduling Solution).
TMR is seeking information and expressions of interest from Suppliers to determine if there are any fit-for-purpose solutions readily available, and to further inform an options analysis of strategies to meet this need.
This Expression of Interest (EOI) Process invites submissions of interest and information for the supply of a Camera Deployment Scheduling Solution to manage the deployment of cameras for multiple camera detected offence types including mobile phone, seatbelt and potentially speeding and other offence types.
Submission Details
For detailed information, the problem statement and high level requirements, please refer to the Expression of Interest Document, Section 1 - Requirements. The Expression of Interest Document also sets out the respose forms for completion and submission by submitters in Section 3 - Response Forms.
EOI Process
Should TMR decide to procure a Camera Deployment Scheduling Solution following an analysis of available options, TMR may choose (at its discretion) to invite only those suppliers who have submitted a conforming response to this EOI Process, expressing their interest to tender for future procurement activities.
