The Minister for Economc Development Queensland through the Department of State Development, Infrastructure, Local Government and Planning is seeking Expressions of Interest for a suitabley qualified contractor for the design and delivery of a Government commercial office building (the Project). The purpose of this EOI is to ascertain a shortlist of those respondents that have the capacity, available personnel and relevant experience to deliver an asset of this type prior to the Request for Tender (RFT) where pricing, programming and greater commitment of the respondent’s resources in tendering will be required. The information provided by the respondent at this EOI stage of the process will also form part of the respondent’s RFT response in the event that the Respondent is selected on the shortlist for the RFT Phase. The RFT will focus on the pricing components and any amendments the respondent wishes to make to the information provided in this EOI response.
