The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the construction of a new Outdoor Learning Area at Nerang State School located at 3 Nerang Street, Nerang QLD 4211 as a part of the School Infrastructure Enhancement (SIE) Program.

The scope of works comprises; demolition, earthworks, concrete and landscape works to create a new terraced seating Outdoor Learning Area. All works are to be complete December 2022.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000.00
