Tender Overview

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the Springbrook State School – Amenities Refurbishment, located at 2327 Springbrook Road, Springbrook, 4213

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that hold the appropriate QBCC builders licence to undertake the entire scope of works.

To be eligible, Contractors must hold:

  • Current QBCC licence class: Builder – Low Rise, or greater;
  • Professional Indemnity Insurance to $1m
