Tender Overview

  The Department of Education (DoE) is inviting tenders for the Proposed Home Economics Kitchen project located at  

  Heatley Secondary College, 321 Fulham Road, Heatley QLD 4814.

  Tender documentation is available from i4architecture Pty Ltd by contacting Damien McKenzie (Project Manager) on       telephone (07) 4724 1944 or email tenders@i4architecture.com.au for further information.

  Electronic tenders are to be submitted by Tuesday 01st November, 2022 at 2:00pm emailed    to tenders@i4architecture.com.au

 Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minium PQC Level 2 and a QBCC Builders Licence to       undertake the entire scope of works.

 

 Mandatory Site Visit Details: 

Site inspection has been Scheduled for 3:30pm, Thursday 13th October 2022.

 IMPORTANT: Where a PQC Level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide a tender document, consider or accept a   tender unless the tenderer: is pre-qualified under the Queensland Government’s Prequalification (PQC) System to the   nominated level (or higher); satisfies financial requirements; and meets project-specific criteria.
