Tender Overview

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for Petrie Terrace State School, located at 40 Moreton Street, Paddington QLD 4064

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that hold the appropriate QBCC builders licence to undertake the entire scope of works.

To be eligible, Contractors must hold:

  • Current QBCC licence class: Builder – Low Rise, or greater;
  • Professional Indemnity Insurance to $1m
