The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Multipurpose Court at Denison SS, located at 16 Gray St, Emerald QLD 4720, as part of the Prioritised Nominated Project (PNP) program.
The works includes the design and construction of a new concrete multi-purpose sports court with basketball, netball and volleyball courts, with new fencing and sports equipment. The position of the building site is at the rear of the school with good site access and working space. All works are to be completed by 14 August 2023.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
·Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
·Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1 million
QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Structural landscape) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
