Tender Overview

Ergon Energy has identified fourteen (14) energy savings project sites comprising a number of Ergon Energy buildings, offices, workshops and depots in regional Queensland where Energy Performance Contracts (EPCs) may be implemented to improve energy performance.

Members of Energy Efficiency Council (EEC) and/or organisations that have previously undertaken an EPC for a Queensland Government entity are invited to provide a Proposal for the following -

DFS stage - Supply of a Detailed Facility Study (DFS) of all energy savings project sites by 31 May 2010.
EPC stage - Such DFS may possibly lead to an Energy Performance Contract (EPC) for some or all of the project sites the subject of the DFS by 30 June 2011.
Interested ESCOs will be required to attend site visits of all buildings between 19 October and 6 November and confirmation of availability is required to be lodged by 9 October to be able to prepare itineraries.
