Tender Overview

UPDATE: Site Inspection has been arranged for 11am to 12.30pm, Tuesday 30 May 2023 at 54-60 Queen Street, Ayr. 
Please register your attendance by emailing eoaccommodation@parliament.qld.gov.au. 

The Queensland Parliamentary Service is seeking proposals for the fitout of the Burdekin Electorate Office located at 54-60 Queen Street, Ayr.

The scope of this project is to complete fitout tasks on behalf of the Lessor and the Lessee.  Depending on requirements these services specifically include:

  • internal demolition
  • rectification of flooring
  • installation of HVAC system
  • ceiling
  • flooring
  • partition walls
  • final finishes
  • joinery and furniture
  • CCTV and security hardware.

It does not include the provision and installation of vehicle mitigation devices.
