The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Outdoor Learning Area at Kenmore SS, located at 2052 Moggill Rd, Kenmore, QLD, 4069, as part of the SSS program.
The project includes landscaping works, tiered seating, concrete paths, shade structures and is required to be completed by February 2024.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
- Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works.
- Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000.00
QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance
It is anticipated that a QBCC builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
