The Department of Education (DoE) is inviting tenders for Principal Contractors to undertake the refurbishment works at Chatswood Hills State School – 21 Raleigh Street, Springwood QLD 4127.

Submissions: Electronic tenders are to be submitted by Friday 8th September 2023 at 2:00pm at tenders@ridgemill.com.au.
(IMPORTANT: Where a PQC Level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide a tender document, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer: is pre-qualified under the Queensland Government’s Prequalification (PQC) System to the nominated level (or higher); satisfies financial requirements; and meets project-specific criteria.

Site Visit: A site inspection has been arranged on Friday 18 August 2023 at 10:00am, at Chatswood Hills State School, 21 Raleigh Street, Springwood QLD 4127. Meet at school Administration Building.
PQC: Only PQC Level 2 eligible Building Contractors will be provided the tender documents

The refurbishment scope of works will generally involve the following construction activities;
• Refurbishment of Administration Building
• Conversion of existing Teaching Modular building into a Music GLA & Ensemble Space.
• Demolition and removal of existing aged Music Modular Building.
• Conversion of existing Tiered Seating Covered Area into an enclosed flexible area.
