QBuild a commercialised business of the Department of Energy and Public Works invites you to submit a tender for: Document and Construction of 24 Apartments (12x1 Bed Silver Units, 6x1 Bed Gold Units, 3x2 Bed Gold Units, 3x2 Bed Platinum Units) at 3-7 Hollywell Road, Biggera Waters, QLD. Tenderers to note the following mandatory requirements to tender on this project: This tender has a minimum PQC level 3 requirement. Where a PQC Level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide documents, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer is appropriately registered under the Queensland Government's PQC system for that PQC Level (or higher) and categories for which the tender is invited.
