Tender Overview

Women’s Safety and Violence Prevention (WSVP) within the Department of Justice and Attorney-General (DJAG) are seeking the services of an experienced supplier to support implementation of Recommendations 9, 64 and 11 (in part) of the Women’s Safety and Justice Taskforce’s second report.

The department is seeking a high-caliber supplier with a proven track record in managing complex projects and demonstrated experience in designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating comparable strategies across government and non-government agencies. 

This opportunity comprises 3 streams of work related to Recommendations 9, 64 and 11.

Stream 1 - Co-design, develop, document and evaluate service delivery model/s for Victims Advocate (Recommendations 9)

Stream 2 - Co-design, consult, document and evaluate current integrated models for responding to sexual assault (Recommendation 11)

Stream 3 - Use learning from evaluations to develop:

  • a service delivery and financial model of victim advocacy that is scalable to statewide
  • a service delivery and financial model of an integrated response to sexual assault that is scalable to statewide.

All streams of work are to be delivered by a single supplier (or a supplier and their subcontractor/s).
