Tender Overview

Gold Coast Waterways Authority is seeking the services of a suitably qualified planning consultant to design and develop the Waterways Place Strategy, as described in more detail in the attached documents as follows:

  • Part 1 and 2 - Request for Tender
  • Part 3 - Conditions of Tendering
  • Part 4 - Contract
  • Part 5 - Scope
  • Part 6 - Returnable Schedules

Depending on requirements these goods / services specifically include:

  • placemaking and place-based planning
  • strategic and statutory planning
  • maritime and waterways planning
  • stakeholder and community engagement including First Nations
  • social research and customer/user sentiment
  • estuarine and tidal waterway environmental management 
  • GIS modelling and data analysis
  • graphic design
  • preparation and delivery of an integrated suite of reports and supporting documentation for government clients (including report writing, spatial mapping, and external facing summary documentation)
