Section 1

Tender Overview

RoadTek are undertaking cricket pitch relocation works (Field 3), which is located at Endeavour Park on the corner of Stuart Drive and Mervyn Crossman Drive.  To support this project's delivery, we are seeking offers from suitably capable subcontractors to supply and install the irrigation and landscaping works for the project.

Scope of this subcontract works includes:

  • Supply and install irrigation.
  • Supply and install 45L trees.
  • Supply and install turf and associated subsoil / topsoil requirements.
  • Watering of turf and planting.

The anticipated commencement date for this work is early 2024, or ASAP thereafter pending subcontractor availability and financial approval processes.  The Date for Practical Completion of these subcontract works is 31st May 2024
