Re:      Invitation to Tender GEO2023-00593 for Southern Dams Maintenance

Invitation to Tender

The State of Queensland through Department of Resources (Principal) - Technical Services, invites you to submit an offer for GEO2023-00593 for Southern Dams Maintenance in accordance with the attached conditions of tender and conditions of contract.

Attached are:

1. RFQ Document

2. Site Photos

 

Tender Validity

The Tenderer shall keep its Tender valid for 60 days.

Enclosed are the tender documents, which include the following:

 

  1. Invitation to Tender BCM
  2. BCM Appendices 1 to 4
  3. Combined scope with pictures all seven dams
  4. Google Earth, Southern Dams Maintenance kmz electronic file
  5. Using Google Earth in Queensland Globe

 

To submit a tender, complete the documents listed below and submit by the date and time stated on the invitation to tender:

 

  1. Your Response to Invitation to Tender, Section 5.
  2. Your response to BCM Scope and Requirements Appendix 1
  3. Your Response to BCM Price and Payment Terms - Appendix 2
  4. Any information you would like to supply in support your tender
