Section 1

Tender Overview

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Blocks 1 & 2 Roof Replacements at Coomera State School, located at 61 Dreamworld Parkway, Coomera QLD 4209, as part of the Targeted Maintenance program.

The scope of works involves roof replacements & re-pitching of Blocks 1 & 2, including asbestos removal. All works are to be completed by May 2024.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

  • Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
  • Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1M
  •
