Back Ground

The Department of Education (Department) is an infrastructure intensive organisation with an asset portfolio of 1,978 education facilities across eight geographic regions. These facilities are comprised of approx. 42,000 structures such as classrooms, amenities, halls and performing arts centres, outdoor learning areas and teacher housing. The department has a very large, growing and aging infrastructure asset base with a replacement cost of $29.3 billion (excluding GST).

Expression of Interest (EOI)

The Department is calling for expressions of interest from suppliers to demonstrate an industry best practice solution for Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Portfolio, Program and Project Management (P3) and Contract Management. We are seeking integration with the Department's asset register in SAP.
