Section 1

Tender Overview

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the design and construction of various disability access works to Goodna SS, located at 1 Albert St, Goodna QLD 4300, as part of the Ed4All program.

The works include the constrution of new disability ramps, covered pathways and the refurbishment of an existing classroom. The works are located across various sites within the school and shall be completed by March 2025.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minium PQC Level 2 and a QBCC Builder's Licence to undertake the entire scope of works.

Details of the site inspection will be advised in the email and letters to tenderers.

Submissions close, 19th March 2024 at 3:00pm via email to tenders@honeywill.com.au

IMPORTANT: Where a PQC Level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide a tender document, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer: is pre-qualified under the Queensland Government’s Prequalification (PQC) System to the nominated level (or higher); satisfies financial requirements; and meets project-specific criteria.
