The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Staff Car Park Upgrade at Yugumbir State School, located at 163-189 Vansittart Road, Regents Park, QLD, 4118, as part of the Targeted Maintenance Program. The scope of works includes resurfacing and formalisation of an existing staff car park, including the removal of several trees and the establishment of a new bin enclosure. The car park is located on the western side of the school with good site access and working space. All works are to be completed by June 2024. Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
