The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the refurbishment of Block J Science classroom at Gladstone State High School, located at 30 Dawson Road, Gladstone Central QLD 4680, as part of the Contemporary Specialist Spaces Program.
The works include the refurbisment of J1 Science Classroom, Prep Room, Corridor and repalcement of three fume cupboards.
The position of the building is at the side of the school with easy site access and ample working space. All works are to be completed by the end of June 2024.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum PQC Level 2 with certified 3rd Party Quality Assurance and a QBCC Builder's Licence to undertake the entire scope of works.
Please contact David Honeywill – Project Manager on david@honeywill.com.au with your PQC Certificate and company registration details. Tender Documentation will be emailed to eligible contractors who meet the minimum PQC requirements.
Details of the site inspection will be advised in the email and letters to tenderers.
