Tender Overview

The Queensland Government is seeking to engage with the market to gather information about the provision of a suitable Change Management and Transport Solution for the Customers current ICT Environment dual landscape approaches for both the S/4HANA finance, logistics and business solution and the HR Payroll and Rostering solution.

The Customer has issued this RFI with the objectives of:

  • identify suitable solutions and options from within the market;
  • define requirements more clearly;
  • identify a pool of capable and qualified suppliers;
  • gather information to inform Stage 2, Sourcing Plan; and
  • utilise submissions received to shortlist potential suppliers for the proposed Stage 2 procurement tender process.

 

To further define the parameters of this RFI, the Customer is using this RFI process to:

  1. identify suppliers who have the appropriate skills, experience, capacity and capability to identity and deliver a suitable solution to the Customers Change Management and Transport Solution, including the requirement for an ongoing Support and Maintenance (S&M) Solution;
  2. identify tools, options, alternatives and/or considerations for a suitable solution.

The Customer intends to use the information acquired from within Suppliers responses (Submissions) to:

  1. identify issues and clarify requirements;
  2. to understand the markets’ ability to meet the Customers requirements; and
  3. to obtain an expected price range for the provision of a suitable solution. 

To ensure that all Parties are clear, the requirement consists of two components, referred to as “Parts”. The two parts are as follows:

  • Part 1 – Change Management and Transport Solution
  • Part 2 – Support and Maintenance (S&M) Solution
